We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Human Capital Business Partner to join our team! This role offers the opportunity to oversee the full HR function, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and fostering a high-performance culture across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent aligned with company needs.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor, fostering a positive work environment, managing conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compensation structures, benefits administration, and salary reviews to remain competitive in the industry.
- Workforce Planning & Succession: Collaborate with leadership to ensure effective workforce planning and support succession planning and localization efforts.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to HR policies, staying current with labor law regulations and industry standards.
- Performance Management: Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, coaching, evaluations, and performance improvement initiatives
- Learning & Development: Identify skills gaps and develop training programs to support the growth and productivity of the workforce.
- HR Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports on workforce trends, turnover, recruitment, and other key HR indicators to inform decision-making
- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives to foster adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced construction environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably within the construction or a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Proficiency in HR reporting and data analysis
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
Minimum Experience
- 10 years post graduate overall experience out of which 5 years’ experience in similar capacity in roads sector.
