Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for directing and coordinating allactivities and resources on the construction site and working with thegeneral foreman on budgets, project delivery, safety, quality, environmentalimpact, and cost control. They will need to maximise project value, recordcompletion, maintain commercial drive, report accurate monthly reports,meet weekly reporting timeframes, and chair site meetings. Adherence tobusiness unit objectives and ensuring all KPI measures are met also formpart of the job.

Academic & Trade Qualifications:

Work Experience:
Must have experience in all infrastructure, water, roads, sewer and structural concrete works, structural buildings, and legal compliance, with a minimum of 4 water treatment plants, and must have completed a certain number of projects in the past 8 years.
