Overview:

The ideal candidate will oversee all the financial activities of the business. They will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, managing budgeting and forecasting processes, and implementing effective internal controls. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, preferably within the construction industry, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills

Academic & Trade Qualifications:

Work Experience:
5–10 years of experience, preferably in the construction field. Experience with debtor and creditor management, tax compliance, budgets and forecasts, and management accounts. Full month-end closing process, reconciling balance sheets, preparing overhead budgets, and conducting a monthly analysis of budget variances. Finance dashboard management, implementation of finance policies and procedures, preparation of year-end audits, processing payroll, and reconciliation.
