Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, providing accurate measurements, and interpreting engineering plans to ensure precise implementation of construction projects. The role requires expertise in utilising advanced surveying equipment and software to collect and analyse data, as well as strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Academic & Trade Qualifications:
- BSc. in Surveying / Geomatics – Land Survey
- ERB
- Valid certified professional registration certificate with Botswana Institute of Geomatics
Work Experience:
Must have been a Land and Engineering Surveyor on at least 3 projects with specific experience working on civil and structural works for water supply systems, buildings, roads, sewers, and infrastructure. Must be able to collect data on geological features, conduct surveys, prepare detailed documents, provide advice and guidance, review construction plans, and ensure compliance in the past 10 years.
